Refund policy
Andrew Logan hopes his work brings joy to all his customers, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@andrewlogan.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to cover the cost of the return postage and we ask you to send it using a trackable service and that you retain proof of postage.
Exchanges
Andrew Logan is happy to exchange items on the condition that the original purchase is unworn or unused and exchanges fall within the 30 day return period. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to inform us of the exchange requirement. Your exchange item can then be reserved (as each item is a unique design and we wouldn't want you to miss out) and you can return the original item, as detailed above. Once the return is accepted, we will make the necessary adjustment to payment or refund required.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you can choose to be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or make an exchange for another item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
