Andrew Logan brooches are handcrafted and unique, as this visionary artist is always exploring new creative designs and often uses recycled materials. His unisex brooch pins can be a statement piece and each brooch bears Andrew Logan’s signature for authenticity.  This brooch has been named 'Switch and was created by Andrew Logan in 2003.  It was on display at the Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture, however, is now released for sale and it is hoped this one-off, designer piece of wearable sculpture brings joy to someone new.

This remarkable brooch combines many elements including a recycled, cylindrical switch which has been embellished with numerous beads, mirror and glitter set into black resin.  The base features two pieces of red glass, the larger one has been engraved with the name 'Switch', one piece of blue glass, four bronze mirror fragments and three pieces of black/blue striped material.  The resin is enhanced with silver, turquoise and purple glitter.

The brooch measures approximately 11 x 6 cm at its widest points, has a depth of around 2 cm and weighs 80g.  A safety pin is embedded on the reverse side, where Andrew Logan's signature appears in red.
